Jim has built several homes in our Crystal Beach neighborhood one of which was ours. Jim was very accommodating with all our changes during the build. What impressed us most that he is contentious and thorough attention to detail, and our home was completed in a timely manner. We have never had an issue with the construction of this home or any surrounding homes that Jim Built. I have visited other high end homes that Jim's company has built and they are all top notch. He is detail orientated and goes the extra mile to ensure a quality job. We contracted with JM Sprague Building and Design to for an extremely time sensitive project at the Inn at Crystal Beach. Although it was a “stop and go” job, Jim was able to direct us to a competent engineering/design service company to move the job forward. He coordinated with this company, the city of Destin, the fire department and his group of subs to complete our project in less than one week, even working nights and over the weekend to allow for daily operations to continue.
